BookTalk: ‘Thy Kingdom Come’

SOUTHBURY — BookTalk at the Southbury Public Library will continue on Monday, October 2, at 2 pm.

Admission to the monthly event is free, and newcomers are always welcome.

The featured author for October will be Randall Balmer, PhD. Dr Balmer, an Ann Olin Whitney professor of American Religion at Columbia University and Barnard College, will present his recently published book, Thy Kingdom Come: How the Religious Right Distorts the Faith and Threatens America.

Copies of the book will be available and Dr Balmer will be available to sign them.
