Her intelligence, wit, and passion is remembered by her family including two daughters, Barbara Peterson and her husband, Clarence, of Newtown; and Janet Sansone, of Alexandria, Va.; four grandsons, David Oates of San Diego, Calif., and his wife, Marnie Zoglman, Thomas Oates of Arlington, Va., Guy Peterson of Newtown and his wife, Jennifer, and Bradley Peterson of Portland, Ore., and his wife, Donna; five great-grandchildren, Brenden, Devin, Eddie, Molly, and Dean Peterson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
