Betty Mae Polizzo, 83, of Trumbull died September 27 at Bridgeport Hospital. Mrs Polizzo was born in Valley View, Penn., and was a longtime Trumbull resident.

Survivors include her two devoted children, Karen Kilson and her husband, Chuck, of Newtown, and Rory Polizzo and his wife, Laurie, of Bridgeport; three loving grandchildren; three cherished great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert J. Polizzo.

Mrs Polizzo enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, crossword puzzles, gardening, and watching the UConn Huskies Women’s Basketball Team. She was always willing to lend a hand and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services are private. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
