Susan Corleto of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Leslie Brent of ERA Goodfellow Homes.

Attorney Jennifer Collins of New Milford represented the sellers and attorney James Jowdy of Danbury represented the buyers.
