St Valentine’s Day Project Reminder

For the fourth year in a row Sandy Hook resident Donna Monteleone Randle is collecting names and mailing addresses for service members overseas. In January, Valentine’s Day letters will be sent out from multiple schools in the district as part of the St Valentine’s Day Project, which sent 2,500 letters last year from Sandy Hook School, Reed Intermediate School, scout troops, clubs at Newtown Middle School, and the from Middle Gate School’s RRD club. Anyone with a friend or relative serving overseas who they would like to include on the project’s mailing list can contact Ms Randle at ndrandle@charter.net for further information.
