Clutter Therapy: Living an Organized Life — A one-time class on October 20 for $29. Course goers will learn to get organized with professional organizer Karen Pierce, who will guide and inspire the class through a quest to go from chaos to calm.

Roadmap to Medicare — A one-time class on October 21 for $29. For those who are planning to get Medicare or those with family planning for the approaching age of 65, the course will help make important decisions regarding Medicare and related medical-dental-vision insurance decisions. The course will share information about Medicare Part A, B, and D, supplements and advantage plans, red-white-blue books, and more terminology. The course will also help attendees understand local resources that can help.

You and Your Android — A one-time class on October 21 for $29. The course will help those with an Android tablet or smartphone and those thinking about purchasing one. Android-based devices (such as those made by Samsung, Acer, and Toshiba) are popular worldwide.

Reverse Mortgages, Separating Fact from Fiction — A one-time class on October 21 for $29. The class will share information about reverse mortgages, expose four myths around reverse mortgages, and will answer questions like how reverse mortgages are different from standard home equity loans, why reverse mortgages are so popular recently, and how to select a reverse mortgage lender.

Creative Jewelry — A one-time class on October 20 for $39. Attendees will learn to design and make their own unique jewelry. Students are asked to bring their imagination and to get ready to create beautiful gifts for the holiday season. Course goers will design and make bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. A materials fee of $10 is payable to the instructor at the start of class.

Financial Strategies for Successful Retirement — A three-class course starting on Wednesday, October 28, for $29. With financial independence, retirement can be the most fulfilling time of life. The class will cover important money management concepts and issues that are valuable to people near or at retirement. Topics will include how to reduce pressures on retirement income and which assets are appropriate for retirement income. A $30 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
