Business Ethics Forum Oct. 15

FAIRFIELD –– A forum on the high-profile subject of business ethics is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, at 6:45 pm, at Sacred Heart University, 5151 Park Avenue.

The event will be held at the Main Academic Center. There is no charge for admission.

The forum’s topic, “Corporate Compliance: Will new laws prevent accounting and stock scandals?,” will be addressed by a panel of legal experts. Featured panelists include Catherine D. Mayes, corporate compliance officer, Sallie Mae, Inc; Peter J. Millones, executive vice president and general counsel, priceline.com, Inc; US Disitrict Court Senior Judge Alan H. Nevas; US Attorney Kevin J. O’Connor of the District of Connecticut; and moderator John F.X. Peloso, Jr, an attorney with Robinson & Cole, LLC.
