Tellabration Needs Readers

RIDGEFIELD — Ridgefield Theater Barn is seeking local storytellers for its upcoming Telebration! event, when storytellers across the world will be entertaining audiences with exciting tales.

The celebration of storytelling began in Connecticut in 1987 and has spread across the world. Activities take place the Saturday before Thanksgiving.  Keeping with that tradition, the theater barn’s performance will be on November 22, at 10 am.

To be considered for the event readers should send sample storytelling tapes to The Ridgefield Theater Barn, PO Box 59, Ridgefield CT 06877.

Deadline for submissions is October 25. Tapes will not be returned. For additional information contact the theater barn at 203-431-9850.
