Brenda Percarpio Joins Linnell Real Estate

Pat Linnell, owner/broker of Linnell Real Estate in Sandy Hook, is pleased to announce that Brenda Percarpio has joined the company as a realtor. Ms Percarpio was formerly associated with Weichert Realtors in Middlebury.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, she is a University of Massachusetts graduate, with postgraduate work at Southern Connecticut State College and Wesleyan University. She has lived in Washington, D.C., where her husband, Bernard, worked at Walter Reed Army Hospital. They have built and renovated homes in Guilford and in Pine Orchard, as well as building a post and beam home in 1986 in Middlebury. They presently live in a 1939 colonial in Middlebury.

Before settling down to raise her two children, Rob and Katie, Ms Percarpio worked at the Yale University Department of Psychology and the Yale Child Study Center.

Prior to entering real estate, Brenda has used her time as a volunteer, serving the Women’s Safe House and Chapman House, Easter Seals of New Haven, American Cancer Society, Hospice of Branford, Waterbury Hospital, and In-The-Making in Waterbury. Besides volunteering, she enjoys playing golf. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers.
