DAC To Meet

WOODBURY — The Daughters of the American Colonists will gather for their fall meeting at noon on Thursday, November 6, at Connecticut’s oldest inn, the Curtis House, 506 Main Street South. All members and those women who have ancestors in the United States prior to July 4, 1776, are invited to attend.

There will be a social hour so that newcomers and members can get acquainted.

The honored guest is Jacke Barnes, the national president of the Daughters of the American Colonists, who will speak about Women at Jamestown. Luncheon will be served. Phone reservations will be taken at 778-6826.
