No Activities Equals More Trouble
No Activities Equals More Trouble
To the Editor:
Hello, my name is Mike DeLuca. I am a former student at NHS. I am currently a sophomore at Iona College.
I have recently heard that students at NHS are going to have to pay to participate in extra activities. I feel this is a terrible idea. Kids are not going to pay and this is going to cause a lot more trouble in the town because the kids will have so much free time on their hands. I myself was involved in many activities and to hear this makes me very mad. Some of the music programs have had to be canceled and itâs only going to get worse.
People need to fight this and give the kids back their activities that they enjoy. It is really unfair.
