The Newtown Kennel Club - in conjunction with the Naugatuck Valley Kennel Club - will be holding an American Kennel Club-sanctioned Conformation Match Show at the Edmond Town Hall on Sunday, October 19.
The Newtown Kennel Club â in conjunction with the Naugatuck Valley Kennel Club â will be holding an American Kennel Club-sanctioned Conformation Match Show at the Edmond Town Hall on Sunday, October 19.
Entries will be taken beginning at 10 am. Entry fee is $7 per class. Breed judging will begin at 11 am. The match is open to all AKC-registered dogs. Puppy classes will be divided into 3-6 months, 6-9 months and 9-12 months. There will also be classes for adults and junior showmanship.
This match is held according to AKC rules and carries no championship points. Champions may be shown for exhibition only. There will also be Canine Good Citizen testing on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Directions to the match at Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street (Route 25) â from Interstate 84 take Exit 10 towards Newtown and make a right at flagpole. The town hall is on the left. Please park behind the building. The match is located in the gymnasium on the lower level with easy access from the parking lot.
