Catch The Debate On Cable

For those of you who were unable to make the Monday night Pizza & Politics, sponsored again by the Newtown Lions, Newtown Chamber of Commerce, and the Newtown Woman’s Club, you will have the opportunity of viewing this in the comfort of your home on Charter Cablevision Channel 21 and make your own decision as to who is best qualified to continue to lead Newtown.

Thanks to a contribution from the sponsoring organizations to the Newtown High School Tech Club, we had two very capable young men tape the discussions. Our First Selectman Herb Rosenthal and his opponent Bill Sheluck were joined by incumbent Selectmen Joe Bojonowski and Bill Brimmer, along with those running for the Board of Education and Legislative Council.

The program will be aired sometime on Sunday, November 2, prior to the November 4 municipal elections. Please take the time to check with Charter Cable for the exact date and time of the broadcast and please come out to vote on November 4.
