Holistic Program At St Rose

On Monday, October 27, at 7:30 pm, the Parish Nurse Ministry of St Rose Church will hold a program on the holistic approach to pain and inflammation in the Msgr Conroy Room of St Rose School, 42 Church Hill Road.

The speaker will be Christopher Demski, a chiropractor, who will talk about exercise options to increase flexibility and strength as well as holistic remedies to treat inflammation. The program is open to the general public. Refreshments will be served.
