To the Editor:
After listening carefully to the candidates last night at Pizza & Politics, I am quite confident that First Selectman Herb Rosenthal and Selectman Joe Bojnowski have the right priorities for Newtown.
Based on everything I have read and heard, they can be counted on to keep the character of the town safe. Like Mr Rosenthal, I believe that open space should be a top priority. If The Beeâs editorials are correct, this is also the least costly thing we can do with undeveloped land.
The Grossman family has been in Newtown for three generations, and I hope to raise my family here, too. I look forward to seeing my children enjoy this town and I am counting on Herb Rosenthal and Joe Bojnowski to keep doing what is best for the future of our community.
