I met Board of Finance candidate Erica Sullivan five years ago, when my driving need for sweets made me a regular at her business, Castle Hill Chocolate. During my frequent visits to her shop, Erica became a friend and mentor to me, advocating for the start of my own business, Wonderland Jam.

This unique friendship has given me a behind-the-scenes insight into how she runs her business. Erica takes a thoughtful approach to all fiscal matters, making investments based on her own statistical analysis and data research. Risks are taken only when she has a high level of confidence that the return on investment will be there.

Not only does she bring these attributes into her own business, she willingly gives counsel to help drive the success of other businesses. She has a highly skilled mind for thinking through the details and excels at finding creative solutions to complex problems.

I am certain that Erica will apply her talents and drive to the fiscal matters facing our town just as she does in the running of her business or in advocating for the success of others. It is for these reasons that I wholeheartedly endorse her for Board of Finance.
