Mary T. Miller

Mary T. Miller, 89, of Southbury, died on October 23 at Ashlar of Newtown. She was the widow of John H. Miller, to whom she was married for 62 years.

Mrs Miller was born on October 5, 1914, in Bridgeport, daughter of the late John and Mary (Gaffney) Stafford. She and her husband lived in Easton for 29 years before moving to Southbury in 1979. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.

She leaves two sons, John H. Miller, Jr, of Evansville, Ind., and Paul H. Miller of Bristol; four grandchildren: Christa, Erin, and Hollie Miller, and Christopher Miller; and two great-grandchildren, Logan Owens and Ashlyn Miller. She was predeceased by her son, James T. Miller.

A funeral Mass was held October 27 at Sacred Heart Church, Main Street South, Southbury. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Southbury. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury.
