They Need To Be Stopped

To the Editor:

My name is Jennifer Kendall. I have a son, Cooper, who is visually impaired, legally blind, you can call it whatever you want; the point I am trying to make here is that he is unable to do a lot of things that other kids his age take for granted.

Joel Zeisler and his amazing group of volunteers have made Cooper’s dreams come true! It is beyond my wildest thoughts, the type of people who are trying to put a stop to his clinics. What this world needs, especially in these trying times, are more people like Joel and less of the people who are trying to put a stop to him. This scenario that has played out is truly something for the comic books. It is the utmost in selfishness.

These people who are causing Leaps of Faith Water Skiing Clinic so much pain need to be stopped. They need to stop their selfish actions and let Joel and his team continue doing the wonderful things that they are doing. If they went to just one clinic they would see all the smiles that Joel is putting on all of these people’s faces. Judging by the amount of people who took part this summer in the clinics it is quite obvious that we need Joel to be able to continue doing the great things that he is doing.
