Viola Wesolowski Krysiak

Kind And Gentle

Viola Wesolowski Krysiak, 75, of Milford, beloved wife of 46 years to the late Joseph Krysiak, died October 29 at Milford Hospital. Born in Old Mystic on October 11, 1931, she moved to Shelton in June of 1939, and graduated from Shelton High School.

Survivors include two sons, Christopher and his wife, Kerry, of Newtown and Joseph and his wife, Nancy, of Weston; two daughters, Theresa Albera and her husband, Larry, of Milford and Karen Primavera and her husband, Robert, also of Milford; four grandchildren, Christopher and Brittanie Albera, and Morgan and Camryn Primavera; a brother, Raymond Wesolowski and his wife, Rena, of Seymour; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs Krysiak worked at Bridgeport Brass before meeting her husband, and they moved to Bridgeport. She worked for Dr Peter Pileggi as a receptionist and also as his bookkeeper. She continued to work as a bookkeeper for Pierce Correll before retiring.

She spent her retirement days by helping out at Mathewson School where her grandchildren attended. She was voted Grandmother of the Year in June 2001. She also volunteered at St Agnes Church in Milford. She will be remembered for her kind and gentle mannerisms.

Friends are invited to St Agnes Church on Friday, November 3, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Mount St Peter’s Cemetery, Derby. Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, November 2, from 4 to 7 pm in the Commerce Hill Funeral Home, 4798 Main Street, Bridgeport (on the Trumbull line).
