Our world today is a whirlwind of changing governments and heightened security trends. We are constantly attentive to the protection and safety of those loved ones and property around us. My name is Joseph Tesoriere, retired NYCPD Detective 2 grade. For 20 years, I had the honor to serve the city of New York, and during my term worked as the confidential aide and security for a member of the Police Commissioners’ executive staff. I know what it takes to make tough choices and do the “right thing” even in the face of adversity. I believe that I have learned to assess a situation quickly to make necessary decisions for the safety of the public. You could also say that I am a “good judge of character.”

I have known Neil Randle for 15 years. Neil is hardworking and a dedicated father, intelligent, caring, insightful, and always goes out of his way to do the right thing. Neil is dedicated to every endeavor he is committed to. He is the kind of person that will work to make Newtown a safer place for all residents.
