To the Editor:

I’d like to offer my congratulations and best wishes to all candidates, regardless of political affiliation, that were elected to serve the citizens of Newtown in the 2021 municipal elections.

I would also like to offer my sincere thanks to the members of the Newtown community that volunteered to run for office during this election cycle. Your willingness to sacrifice your valuable time and energy for the greater good of our community is admirable and greatly appreciated.

I look forward to working with the Planning & Zoning Commission and members of our community as we seek to preserve the intangibles that make Newtown an incredible place to call home.
