Letting Up On Osama

To the Editor:

I just finished reading your choice for president and have to say I’m disappointed.

I’m a lifelong Republican, and I can understand your criticism of John Kerry, he’s far from perfect. But you made the statement that the President “has not let up in his search for those who threaten the United States.” The last time I looked, Osama Bin Laden wasn’t in Iraq, and has not only threatened Americans but killed them, including some of our dearly missed friends and family here in Connecticut.

 Your entire article discussing the election failed to mention him one time. It’s starting to look to me like not only has our President let up in his search for the worst terrorist who has ever lived, but so has The Newtown Bee.
