Wine Tasting & Football

  The Newtown Democratic Town Committee will hold a combination wine tasting and afternoon of NFL football from 3 to 6 pm on Sunday, November 7, at the home of Lisa and Thomas Gissen, 35 Horseshoe Ridge Road, Sandy Hook.

  The public — Democrats, Republicans, and everyone else — is invited to attend. Tickets are $20 per person or $30 per couple. The wine tasting will be conducted by Mike and Jill Kerler, owners of Sandy Hook Wine and Liquors. Hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by Jay Gill.
