To the Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in my campaign for town clerk. Thank you to all the DTC members and, in particular, Maureen Crick Owen, Sharon Kish, and Eva Bermudez for the endless hours of hard work in making this experience a very special one for me.

A big thank you to Jim Gaston for his advice and continued confidence in me. Newtown is very fortunate to have you as a member of the Board of Selectmen and warden of the borough.

Congratulations to Michelle Embree Ku, Lisa Romano, Dan Honan, Paul Lundquist, and Dan Amaral on your victories!  I would also like to congratulate Debbie Aurelia and do wish her all the best as our town clerk.

To all the voters who had faith in me and took the time to vote, my heartfelt gratitude. My efforts to serve the Newtown community to the best of ability will continue as I work with Newtown Social Services and as the borough clerk.  Let’s move forward and work together as we continue our healing process and keep Newtown strong!
