The public is invited to attend our open house on Sunday November 9th from 3-6 at our new studio located at 316 South Main Street in Newtown. Come and discover the many programs that we have to offer and receive a free gift certificate for a class or lesson for stopping by.

The Connecticut Broadway Stage Company works closely with its Artistic Director, Sabrina Post, owner of Sabrina’s Encore Productions, to produce quality musical productions in both the winter and summer seasons. The company recently produced the musical Shrek, which was performed at The Waterbury Palace this past summer.

This season the company will be producing Mulan Junior for grades K-5, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown for grades 6-9, and Into the Woods for grades 10-12. There is still time for newcomers to audition for these shows; contact the company at 203-304-1235 if you are interested. No child will be cut from the program if they wish to participate. Auditions are for placement purposes only.

The goal of the production company is to be able to offer quality education through the performing arts on a year-round basis, helping to educate and build the self-esteem of every student who walks through or wants to walk through the doors of the studio. The surroundings of the studio and the process of rehearsing provides a safe space for children to be creative, work towards a common goal with their peers, and most of all just have fun.

It is the goal of the production company to expand its opportunities to surrounding communities offering program for all ages.

Light refreshments will be served.
