Pat Linnell Joins ERA Goodfellow Homes in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD — Scott Cooney, broker and owner of ERA Goodfellow Homes in Brookfield, announces that Pat Linnell, a 20-year real estate professional serving the greater Danbury area, has joined ERA Goodfellow Homes. Ms Linnell comes to ERA Goodfellow Homes with a wealth of real estate brokerage experience.

She began her career with Realtech Realtors in 1988 in Newtown. Since that time, she has been a top producing agent, a manager, and the owner of her own real estate company, Linnell Real Estate in Newtown.

 Ms Linnell is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), is a certified residential specialist, and an accredited buyer representative. In 1998 she was voted Realtor of the Year by the Newtown Board of Realtors. She was the president of the Newtown Board of Realtors in 1998, president of the Newtown Chamber of Commerce from 2001 to 2007, is an instructor of time management for Newtown Continuing Education, and a certified lay speaker for the Newtown United Methodist Church.

Ms Linnell and her husband Jim, also a realtor, live in Woodbury. They have five children and six granddaughters with their first grandson on the way.
