To Perform At Danbury Library

DANBURY — Danbury Library’s Junior Services Department will present “Fairy Tales and Folk Tales with storyteller, folklorist and author Donna Washington” for kids ages 4 and older and their families, on Sunday, November 16, from 2 to 3 pm.

Ms Washington will utilize her enthusiastic and dramatic storytelling skills to mesmerize the audience with engaging stories from around the world.

Ms Washington’s CDs have garnered over 15 national awards, including Parent’s Choice Silver Awards, Parenting Excellence in Media Awards and many others.  She has authored three books: A Big, Spooky House, The Story of Kwanzaa and A Pride of African Tales.

Admission is free, and registration is not required.
