Due to the application being in the public interest, the Town of Newtown Inland Wetland Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting on Thursday, November 12, at 7:30 pm, via Zoom (https://zoom.us/j/97931538354 (meeting ID #979 3153 8354) or through the call-in number 646-558-8656) on the following application:

Application #20-27 by Negreiro & Sons Construction LLC, for a property located at 203 and 211 Berkshire Road, Sandy Hook, to construct 15 single family homes and a 1,550-foot road with associated improvements.

Copies of the above application and related documents are on file and available for public inspection in the Land Use Department, Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown. This special meeting will be in place of the regular meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, which was canceled due to Veterans Day.
