The Board of Education is looking for a Democrat volunteer to fill a vacancy on the Board of Education.
Any interested parties can send a letter of interest and a resume to susan.marcinek@newtown-ct.gov or hand deliver to Sue Marcinek in the Office of the First Selectman, Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street.
Resumes are due by November 22.

One door closes another opens. I have applied for this position based on my strong showing Nov 7th for a BOE vacancy. With 2765 votes and over 1000 voters skipping to vote on the BOE Vacancy position I believe I am a logical person to be appointed to the BOE. I’m ready, willing, and committed.
