A Successful Art Auction

To the Editor:

Last Friday night the Reed Intermediate School in conjunction with the Merry Hill Child Care Center held a joint art auction at the Fireside Inn conducted by Marlin Fine Auctions. The event was to raise funds for our cultural arts events and other activities for our children. Besides the art auction we also had door prizes and silent auction items donated by area businesses. We would like to thank all the businesses who so generously donated in whatever capacity they could. They are often asked to donate, and these willingly did so. Please help support the businesses that consistently contribute to our community
