Ileen Greytak, John Torok Join Linnell Real Estate

Pat Linnell, owner/broker of Linnell Real Estate, announced the appointment this week of Ileen Greytak and John Torok to the staff of realtors.

Ms Gregtak, administrative assistant for the company, has obtained her real estate sales license and will be joining the professional staff of realtors effective immediately.

Prior to working with Linnell Real Estate, Ms Greytak co-owned Creative Gift Solutions, LLC, a specialty gift basket service for more than six years. A Newtown resident for 26 years, she has been actively involved in the PTA, chairing the Cultural Arts Committee at Sandy Hook School. She is on the Development Committee at Ashlar of Newtown, and served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Newtown for three years.

Ms Greytak grew up in Monroe and moved to Newtown in 1978 with her husband George. They have one son, Stephen, who is a senior at Newtown High School.

A member of the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Ms Greytak will be offering services to buyers and sellers and specializing in the Newtown market area.

Mr Torok is a 12 year Newtown resident, born and raised in Connecticut.

Mr Torok graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in business administration and has had a varied career, including 14 years with Fortune 500 Companies as well as ten years in public administration as a school business administrator with the Newtown School System. His most recent position was chief administrative officer for a nonprofit organization headquartered on Wall Street.

Mr Torok is a US air Force Vietnam veteran. He and his wife Terri share their free time with their combined family of five children. John is currently restoring their vintage home on West Street.

He plans to specialize in investment and commercial properties and is a member of the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
