Dramatic Reading Of ‘A Christmas Carol’ On Saturday

WASHINGTON GREEN — On Saturday, December 4, at 3 pm, at Gunn Memorial Library, William Kinsolving will give a dramatic reading of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Refreshments and an open house at Gunn Memorial Museum will follow the reading.

William Kinsolving, a writer and performer, has more than six novels and 52 screenplays to his credit. After graduating from Stanford University, Mr Kinsolving trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in England. He is the recipient of a Ford Foundation playwriting grant and has written for the stage, screen and television.

This is the fifth year he will be presenting a dramatic reading at the library of A Christmas Carol.

The program will be held in the Wykeham Room of the library, which is at 5 Wykeham Road (at the corner of Route 47).
