Fair Election?

To the Editor:

Here is a question for Republicans, Democrats, and Greens.

Would the five conservatives on the Supreme Court have stopped the hand count on December the 9th if Al Gore had 194 more votes than George Bush?

If you answer is “yes” then their departure from their long-held position on states’ rights was fair. If your answer is “no” then their decision was shameful, unfair, an entirely political. The Scale of Justice had a thumb on tie and the thumb was very dirty.
