Lucille W.     Stratton

Lucille W. Stratton, 86, of Hogsback Road, Oxford, died December 12 at River Glen in Southbury. She was the widow of John Stratton.

Mrs Stratton was born January 4, 1917, in Newtown, daughter of the late Irvin and Blanche (Boucher) Waterhouse. She was a former resident of Newtown, Roxbury, and Naples, Fla.

She leaves two daughters, Evelyn Brenton of Oxford, and Susan Levy of East Granbury; one sister, Eleanor Thompson of Sandy Hook; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her son, Kenneth Bartley Hall, who died in 1998, and her brother, William Waterhouse.

Services and burial are private. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury.
