Poetry Society Contests Open

The Connecticut Poetry Society is accepting poetry for its two of its annual events: The Annual Lynn DeCaro Poetry Competition and The Annual CPS Connecticut River Review Poetry Competition.

The DeCaro contest is open to all Connecticut students in grades 9-12. Entries must be postmarked by February 27, 2004.

The Connecticut River Review event is open to all writers of poetry. Cash awards will be $150 for first place, $100 for second place, and $50 for third place.
