DANBURY â Attorney General Richard Blumenthal will speak on âMinority Overrepresentation in Connecticutâs Juvenile Justice Systemâ on Wednesday, October 17, at Ives Auditorium at Western Connecticut State Universityâs Midtown campus.
The attorney general will be keynote speaker at 8 pm, followed by a community response panel.
