TAFT HOSTS ELDERHOSTEL PROGRAM AUG. 7

CINCINNATI, OHIO — The Taft Museum of Art will present the program, “Elderhostel: A Day of Discovery: Taft Connections,” Tuesday, August 7, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Attendees will learn more about the strong family ties between Charles Phelps Taft and his younger half-brother William Howard Taft. Spend the morning at the William Howard Taft National Historic Site and come to the Taft Museum of Art for lunch, a talk on the special exhibition “Hiram Powers: Genius in Marble,” and tours of the exhibition and galleries.

This program is for people 55 and over and includes all admission fees, bus transportation between the two venues, audio guide, and box lunch. Registration is handled by Elderhostel’s national office.
