Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that gradually leads to inflammation of the joints and causes many painful symptoms. It is a lifelong condition that can sometime be delayed by very aggressive treatment in the early stages.

A New Weigh to a Healthier You is a four-part series that orients individuals to the basic principles of weight management, including nutrition and exercise to help reach and keep your ideal weight for preventing disease and injury.
