Newtown 38, Madison 30: Newtown clinched third place in the top division with a league victory over Madison. The offense was led by Maren Brady, Kelly Merrick, Katie Reilly, and Lauren Wilcox. Casey Harkins and Katie Mossbarger were aggressive on defense. Haley Ryan and Lindsey Hoyt combined for 6 assists. Caitlin Linden and Alana Murray had 4 rebounds apiece

Trumbull Gardens 68, Newtown 41: Ethan Carpenter led the team with 13 points. Jared Pearson scored 11 points and rebounded well. Michael Doyle had 6 points and Matt Gerics added 4 points and drove well to the inside. Jamie Cochrane and Devin Luzietti played well defensively.
Southbury 55, Newtown 44: Ethan Carpenter shot well from the outside, scoring 14 points. Jared Pearson scored 9 and Andrew Svanda had 6 and fought hard under the boards. Michael Doyle and Jamie Cochrane, both with 5, played well on both sides of the court. Devin Luzietti and Josh Houle played great defense.
