Ann Krane of Newtown has purchased a home at Lot #3 Jeremiah Road in Sandy Hook from Green Meadow Builders, LLC.

Missy Desrochers of Century 21/Scalzo/The Gleason Group exclusively listed the property, which was sold by Ms Krane, of Buyers Resource.

As the buyer, Ms Krane was represented by Attorney Joy Previdi, while Attorney Natalia Kerler represented the sellers.

Shadblow Terrace

Alan Smith, formerly of Florida, has purchased a home at 5 Shadblow Terrace from Fannie Mae.

Clare Miller, of Newtown Country Realty, listed the property, which was sold by Missy Desrochers of Century 21/Scalzo/The Gleason Group.

The buyers were represented by Attorney Natalia Kerley, while Attorney John Moranski represented the sellers.

Alberts Hill Road

Peter and Deborah Gamble, formerly of East Haven, recently purchased a home at 81 Alberts Hill from Michael and Karen Murphy.
