Advanced Real Estate, GMAC Better Homes and Gardens, has announced Glynis Sharp as the newest member of its office in Sand Hill Plaza, Newtown.
Ms Sharp fell in love with Newtown in 1997 when she and her husband Adrian relocated to the United States from London, England. She was attracted by the warmth and hospitality of the townspeople, the charm of Newtown and the beauty of the surrounding countryside. However, the decisive feature was Newtownâs extensive bridleway system. She is a member of the Newtown Bridlelands Association.
Ms Sharp holds an honors degree from Lancaster University, Lancaster, England, where she majored in history and also studied the history of architecture. She has a passion for antiques and interior design.
She enjoyed a successful 22-year management career in London, where she acquired expertise in client support and co-ordination.
Ms Sharp is particularly interested in antique homes, horse properties and elegant homes. She would like to focus on international relocations, but is totally committed to marketing properties in the Newtown area and helping buyers find new homes here.
