A second long-time town official in the land use office has resigned her

position within a week of the resignation of a long-time environmental

official.

In a March 17 letter to Town Engineer Ronald Bolmer, head of the town's land

Mrs Macmillan provided no reason for her departure.

On March 10, David Thompson, the town's environmental official, submitted a

letter of resignation to Mr Bolmer effective March 21.

Mr Thompson provided no reason for his resignation.

As the P&Z's administrative aide, Mrs Macmillan has run the P&Z's day-to-day
