Pursuant to the provisions of

Section 12-111 of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut,

the Board of Assessment Appeals will be meeting for the 2023 Motor

Vehicle Grand List in September 2024.

Board of Assessment Appeal forms

are available in the Assessor's Office, 3 Primrose St, Newtown, CT

or on the Town's website (newtown-ct.gov). Forms are required to be

filed on or before August 30, 2024.

Notification will be mailed to

applicants advising of date and time of appointment.
