As a candidate for Planning and Zoning Alternate, and a current member of Legislative Council, I bring a professional background in planning, architecture, and real estate, which offers a seasoned perspective on development and zoning.

I understand that growth must be managed responsibly: preserving our neighborhoods, open spaces, and natural resources while also addressing housing affordability for young families and seniors.

I recognize the importance of a strong local tax base and practical economic development, helping to keep Newtown livable and sustainable without sacrificing its character.

I welcome the opportunity to be part of a leadership that respects our town’s past while preparing for its future.
