Over the past year, my family has had the pleasure of getting to know Ben Ruben through our son’s t-ball team, where Ben volunteered as coach. What started as a connection on the field quickly grew into a genuine friendship. In that time, we’ve seen firsthand the kind of person Ben is — reliable, honest, open and genuinely invested in the well-being of our community. His passion shows in not only his coaching, but his dedication to Newtown while serving on Legislative Council.

Ben isn’t just someone who talks about making a difference — he shows up, listens, and takes action. His commitment to our town is clear in everything he does. I have no doubt that his leadership will continue to benefit the residents of District 3, and Newtown as a whole.

I believe it’s in the best interest of our community to keep someone with Ben’s integrity and enthusiasm representing us. I wholeheartedly support his candidacy for Legislative Council District 3. Ben gets my vote, and I hope he gets yours, too.
