Born on September 6, 1931, in Mamaroneck, N.Y., Jean was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Bilotta and the youngest of 12 children. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by her nephew, John Ercole (and wife Colette); her grandnieces, Jackie Martin (and husband Brian) and Christina Ercole; and her great-grandnephew, Connor, and great-grandniece, Danielle, along with many other loving family members.

Jean lived in Mamaroneck for 82 years, first with her beloved parents and sister Stella, and later with Stella, and brother-in-law, Remo Ercole. Jean was the heart of her family, known for her good-hearted nature and infectious laughter. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She had a profound love for children and a famous affinity for anything chocolate. Jean was incredibly generous, always willing to share what she had with others. She possessed a remarkable memory and loved reminiscing about her youth. Her favorite activities included coloring, chair yoga, bingo, and playing memory card games, especially with her dearest friend, Velma Perisse.
