To The Editor:

I’m writing this letter in support of Michelle Embree Ku who is running for Newtown’s state representative. I’ve known Michelle for years now and I know what she stands for.

Most importantly to me, she believes in a woman’s right to choose; she believes that man has influenced the climate and that burning fossil fuels has caused global warming; she believes in gun control, and that assault weapons should be banned nationwide.

All of these policies are the exact opposite of what our current state representative believes in. In fact, he has voted AGAINST a woman’s right to choose and the banning of assault weapons in Connecticut.

Who do you agree with? Vote your conscience in November. Vote for the person who shares Newtown’s values. Vote for Michelle Embree Ku.
