As the race for Connecticut’s 28th State Senate District gains momentum, I want to express my strong support for Democratic candidate Rob Blanchard. Watching his campaign connect with neighbors across Fairfield, Newtown, Easton, and Bethel has shown me that he possesses the exact qualities we need in Hartford: transparency, honesty, and deep community devotion.

Rob’s campaign is built on direct communication. He isn't hiding behind polished soundbites; he is actively showing up on our doorsteps and hosting local meet-and-greets to listen to our concerns. Whether discussing middle-class affordability, supporting local schools, or lowering utility costs, Rob speaks with refreshing honesty about the challenges facing modern families. Having served on Fairfield's Representative Town Meeting, he understands local governance and prioritizes transparency over partisan politics.

What resonates most is Rob's sincere commitment to our district. As a dedicated family man raising his young son right here, his vision for a stronger Connecticut is entirely personal. He knows that true leadership requires accountability to the people, not special interests.
