On Sunday, October 18, Newtown Community Center, 8 Simpson Street, will host its Haunted Gingerbread House event once more. The event is for all ages, runs from 2-3:30 pm, and is $8-12, depending on membership status.

Families are invited to get into the Halloween spirit by building haunted gingerbread houses using graham crackers and spooky candies. There will also be festive tunes and plenty of fun while attendees create their edible masterpieces. Costumes are encouraged.
