Help In A Time Of Need
Help In A Time Of Need
To the Editor:
Our family would like to send out a big thank you to the two women who stopped to help my mom on Thursday, September 9, when she crashed her car into a telephone pole on Glen Road after suffering a seizure.
It was because of your kindness in calling the ambulance and in calling my fatherâs answering machine to let him know what had happened that she received the medical attention she needed quickly, along with the love and support of her family. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for the time you spent with her until the ambulance came and the prayer you said with and for her to receive the Lordâs hand in helping her to heal.
Itâs going to be a long healing process, but because of your generosity and her determination, her prognosis is good.
Sincerely,
The Brooks, Smith & Parsell families
